the writer’s shepherd
Want to finish a writing project, but don’t know how?
Calling myself a shepherd doesn’t mean you’re a sheep. It means I’m an experienced companion to writers making their way through the wilderness of possibilities.
“You mean I don’t have to do this on my own?”
Nope. But I won’t boss you around or give you rules to follow. I ask. We both listen. Your map takes shape. I may point out forks in the road, but you make the decisions. With a little help from a shepherd, you find your own way to succeed.
Editing services are also avaliable, on their own or along with shepherding services.
Shepherding services are $125/hour and editing is $75/hour (US$). We work via email exchanges, with a phone call tossed in every now and then. Expect questions and encouragement.
To find out more about costs and timelines for your project, send me an email. Think of it as opening a door to your big, beautiful horizon.

“Working with Grace has been one of the most amazing collaborations ever. Her peaceful presence from the get-go has allowed me to do what I do best. She brings her incredible attention to detail, her understanding of the work as a whole, and her curiosity and questions. I looked forward to every interaction we had. Grace possesses a sixth sense about what’s needed. As this project wraps up, I look forward to immediately plunging into another project with Grace because I know this is one of the most amazing partnerships I’ve ever stumbled into.”
Sarah Bamford Seidelmann, MD, life coach, author of What The Walrus Knows“I have worked with Grace in many different iterations of our work and ALL of it has been and continues to be one of the most successful and fun and efficient and heart-centered relationships I have ever had. And I am a better and better writer from her work. I love her so very much.”
Sophie Chiche, founder and owner of lifebyme.com“Thank you, although I feel I cannot thank you enough. I have tremendous respect and admiration for people who are masters of their craft and you are obviously a master at this craft, as a writer and collaborative and supportive editor. It was very inspiring and educational working with you and you have set me on a very good path.”
John March, musician, teacher, producer, sound mixer, amateur writer“I seriously think you could market yourself as a blood pressure lowerer.”
